Project Overview
Design and construction of the “Core and Shell”, including design-build electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler work, for a new commercial four-story structural steel-framed office building composed of a metal panel, corrugated metal panel, faux brick, and wood paneling exterior skin. Balconies are located at levels two, three, and four with a decorative roof screen located at 1700 Dell Ave., Campbell, CA 95008. Included in this Project is a separate five and a half level, stand alone, pre-cast hybrid parking structure with one and a half level sub grade levels. The exterior skin of the garage is composed of metal panel, corrugated metal panel, faux brick, and wood paneling. Site design will consist of new landscape at the new office building, parking structure, and shall include parking area adjustments, new parking area landscaping, and other hardscape and exterior amenity spaces.
